  We built 2 holiday rental cottages in 2014 and they were shipped to King Island. During the whole process we were closely consulted and could track what was happening. There was clear communication and terrific advice and support. Our cottages are wonderful with quality finishes and no hidden surprises in the construction or the cost.

  Woke up all of Blackmans Bay at 4:00 am today with Crane, closed road then rattle guns hammers etc absolute cowboys, were still going at 6:45 when I left. Good luck if this is the way they treat regulations!

  I had these people do some building work for me a few years back. They were not only the cheapest, but also everything was done to excellent quality and on time finishing.

  The other company I approached was the direct opposite in comparison, Chris Ressig was the company name, this man (and I am being generous calling him that) was an arrogant, rude stand over type person, whom by his language had no respect for women, he basically has the manners of a pig, and that is being kind !
